Transitional Housing
The transition from adolescence to young adult is quite challenging and youth are seeking validation, security and stability. CCFS transitional housing for youth offers young people a stable place to live for a significant period of time to provide case management, support, opportunities to obtain GED and governmental documents, financial literacy and other supportive services, including behavioral health services, educational and career development assistance.
